All three plans cover homes up to 3,000 sq ft — what changes between them is how much we check, not how big your home can be. Homes over 3,000 sq ft add $50 per additional 1,000 sq ft, per month. Every plan includes a visit every 2 weeks with a photo report by email. Want eyes on the house more often? Additional visits are $50 each, on any plan.
